Tech Stack

What I run, what I recommend, and why

Everything here is something I run in my own operation, evaluated for a client, or built an integration for myself. Nothing on this page is pay-to-play — it’s just the stack I actually trust to keep a 70+ property operation moving.

PMS & Operations

Streamline VRS

Personally used

The property management system the whole operation runs on — reservations, folios, owner accounting, and the channel connections underneath everything else.

Breezeway

Personally used

Cleaning, inspections, and maintenance coordination. It’s how a turnover actually gets done on time across a lot of doors.

Revenue & Pricing

Wheelhouse

Personally used

Dynamic pricing. I lean on it for rate movement and market signal, then sanity-check it against what I’m seeing on the ground.

Payments & Accounting

Stripe

Personally used

The payment rail for direct collections and upsells. Clean data out the back end is worth as much as the payments themselves.

QuickBooks

Personally used

Where the books actually live. Every revenue and owner-statement decision has to tie back here or it doesn’t count.

Coordination

Asana

Personally used

The single hub for tasks and follow-through across the team. If a commitment isn’t a task, it tends not to happen.

Slack

Personally used

Where the team and the automations talk. A lot of my agent systems surface right here instead of in a separate dashboard.

Platform I Built

Supabase + Railway

Personally used

The backbone of the revenue-management platform I built for our own operation — the database and hosting behind reporting, owner statements, and automation.

Claude & AI agent systems

Personally used

A team of AI agents I built to run real work — reporting, listing, ops, and accounting support. This is the core of how a non-technical founder ships software now.

No affiliate or referral links here yet — just the tools I run. If that ever changes, I’ll say so plainly on this page.

Stack Advisory

Want a second set of eyes on your stack?

Tech-stack evaluation and vendor selection is one of the things I do most in advisory. If you’re weighing tools or wondering what to drop, let’s talk it through.
