Report the top 3 findings max: what it is, why it matters to MY workflows specifically, and one step to try it. If nothing genuinely matters this week, say 'nothing worth your time this week' — do not pad.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex — paste and go. Anything in [BRACKETS] is yours to fill in.

How to use it

Set this up as a scheduled task in Claude or ChatGPT and it becomes a real Step-4 agent: it runs whether you asked or not. The do-not-pad line is what keeps it worth reading.
